Tottenham boss Antonio Conte ‘tells Daniel Levy to sign Gareth Bale over Eden Hazard’ | Football | Sport

Bale was a big hit during his first spell at Tottenham.

He helped the club win the EFL Cup back in 2008, with Spurs yet to win a trophy in the long time since.

And though Bale toiled under Jose Mourinho last term, he still managed a modest 13 goals across all competitions.

Real would be happy to get the Welshman off the wage bill, especially given their interest in snaring Kylian Mbappe.

But whether Tottenham are successful in bringing Bale back, yet again, remains to be seen.
