Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen will undergo another test in the next few hours to ascertain his Covid-19 status, according to a report on top Italian website, areanapoli.it.
Osimhen who has been sidelined since November after dislocating his shoulder while representing Nigeria in an African Cup of Nations qualifier recently tested positive for coronavirus.
And according to areanapoli.it, “Victor Osimhen is still in isolation after the last molecular nasopharyngeal swab carried out two days ago gave a positive result again.
“The player will repeat the swab in the next few hours. The date of his possible return is still postponed because once he is negativized, it will take at least two weeks to see him back on the pitch.
“The match against Genoa on February 6 is in the sights, that is the date marked in red to see him back on the pitch.”
