Haaland explained he was choosing family loyalty over online ratings and partnered the virtual version of himself with cousin and Belgian Pro League striker Jontan Brunes upfront.
Brunes special card has an overall rating of 85, while former Real Madrid striker boasts one of the game’s highest ratings at 94.
But it was the other players in Haaland’s team of superstars that most caught attention, with the 23-year-old boasting one of the most impressive teams ever seen.
Setting up in a 4-4-2 formation, the Norwegian has built a team packed with current and former legends of the game.
Haaland has struggled to find the back of the net in recent games for City having missed chances in their previous two Premier League games
Roberto Carlos takes pride of place at left-back, while Real Madrid’s Eder Militao also joins Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk and Man City right-back Kyle Walker in defence.
Yaya Toure and Ruud Gullit occupy the centre midfield positions, while former Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldinho starts on the left-wing, with Kylian Mbappe on the other flank.
Haaland leads the line alongside his cousin and has been awarded one of the best individual rankings on the game at 94.
However, the Man City forward has recently struggled to find the back of the net for City and is without a goal in his previous two league outings.Â
