Ighalo Has 2 Games Left To Score 1st EPL Goal For Man United

Odion Ighalo has two games left for him to score his first goal and make his first start for Manchester United in the Premier League after failing to make the entire squad against Fulham on Wednesday night.

The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations top scorer made a surprise loan switch from his Chinese Super League side in January 2020 and his deal is expected to come to an end at the end of this month.

Ighalo has been subbed on 12 times for his boyhood club in the Premier League since February 17 last year when he made his debut in the competition for the Red Devils, coming on in the final minute of the 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea.

Since then, the Nigerian made 10 more appearances for the club last season while this term, he has only been restricted to just nine minutes of football in the competition.

Ighalo’s two-match road to a redemption of sort starts next week Wednesday at Old Trafford where Man United host Sheffield United while his final hope comes on January 30 when the Red Devils face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
