Isaac Success has reiterated his readiness to get back to playing competitive football with SkyBet Championship side, Watford even as the Nigerian attacker closes in on a return.
Success has actually continued his recovery from injury after the former Nigerian youth international played his part in a friendly tie for Watford Under-23 on Thursday afternoon.
The forward who is yet to make an appearance this season is set to return to action for Watford sometimes this month after spending time on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury.
And on Thursday, the Under-17 World Cup winner with the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria in the year 2013 made an appearance in a friendly encounter for the Hornets, playing for 65 minutes.
Success did not hesitate to take to the social media, writing on Instagram: “I am ready. Great feeling on Thursday playing for 65 minutes with the Under-23s,” he stated with happiness.
Watford Football Club also wrote on their verified Twitter page: “@SuccessIsaac continued his recovery and played 65 minutes in a 1-0 friendly win vs @WBA for the U23s Thursday afternoon.”
