Olarenwaju Kayode will be gunning for his tenth goal of the 2020/21 season when Sivasspor host Yeni Malatyaspor in a Turkish Super Lig tie at the Yeni 4 Eylul Stadi on Thursday.
Kayode who currently plays for Turkish club, Sivasspor on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine has scored a total number of nine goals in 35 games alongside three other assists.
The Nigerian striker, however, netted his fourth league goal in 28 appearances on Saturday to help Sivasspor get one point by playing out a 1-1 draw with Denizlispor on the road.
Statistics also show that Kayode has hit the net once in two Turkish Cup games this term while in the Europa League, the 27-year-old netted four goals in five games for Sivasspor.
The former Nigerian youth international will be looking to help his club keep their 13-game unbeaten league run (6 wins, 7 draws) while he also eyes a return to the Super Eagles.
