Okocha: ‘Sound Sultan’s death hurts so bad’

Former Nigerian international, Augustine Azuka “Jay-Jay” Muhammed Yavuz Okocha has said that the death of Olanrewaju Fasasi popularly known as Sound Sultan hurts him so bad.

The 44-year-old Nigerian super-star Afro-beat musician passed away in the United States of America (U.S.A) on Sunday after losing his battle with throat cancer.

His family, the Fasasis in an official statement had disclosed that Sound Sultan died of Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma.

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma which is a group of related malignancies (cancers) that affect the lymphatic system (lymphomas).
