The Nigerian duo of Bologna players, Orji Okwonkwo and Kingsley Michael have been signed on loan by Reggina.
Okwonkwo, a 23-year old striker and 21-year old midfielder Michael have limited playing times with the Serie A side Bologna which necessitated their loan moves to the Serie B side Reggina.
Both players are expected to feature regularly to help Reggina escape relegation in the Italian second tier and could make their debut for Reggina in the away tie against Pescara this weekend precisely on Saturday, February 6.
Reggina club president, Luca Galo made statements on the temporary acquisition of both players from Bologna which will run till the end of the 2020/21 season on the club’s website.
