The defender had already skipped work with his teammates on Wednesday, officially due to illness, but was back yesterday.
Today, he was again nowhere to be seen and Bild reports it is the latest sign that Pavard is pushing for the exit.
His contract with the Bundesliga giants only runs to the end of the season, but Bayern Munich are refusing to let him leave until they have secured a suitable replacement.
Inter and Bayern have already agreed the fee of the transfer at circa €30m plus bonuses, while he accepted their personal terms to sign on at San Siro.
While the Nerazzurri want Pavard to play in central defence, instead Bayern Munich use him as a right-back and therefore need someone in that role to act as his heir.
