- McMahon stepped down following sex trafficking allegations late on last month
- The Undertaker performed as a wrestler for 30 years with McMahon in charge
- He compared the backstage atmosphere from his era to that under Triple H
The Undertaker has detailed a clear difference at WWE under Triple H compared to working under Vince McMahon.
McMahon resignsed from the TKO board in January after an ex-wrestling staffer accused him of sex trafficking and defecating on her head during a threesome, not long after the company forged a merger with UFC.
The 78-year-old had originally resigned from his role as head of WWE in July 2022 following revelations of multiple payouts to several women connected to sexual misconduct allegations, but soon returned and had a say in various goings on.
When stepping down the second time, he essentially handed over full creative control to Triple H, who is now making the decisions as to what happens on-screen in the company.
And it appears the two have very different leadership styles. Speaking on Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway, The Undertaker revealed how different life is backstage to when McMahon was in charge.

‘He’s doing it calmly,’ the Hall of Famer said. ‘I’m not around, obviously, like I used to be. When I was working full-time, or even when I wasn’t working full-time, it was just so chaotic.
‘There’s like this calm backstage. The crew itself, the talent, they’re relatively young. Top to bottom, they’re young people. They’re all so chill. I’ve seen Triple H get worked up, but I haven’t seen him yell at Talent. I haven’t seen him badmouth anybody.
‘There’s been times where you come back through the curtain and you know that ass-chewing is coming. I haven’t seen that with him.
‘Like I said, I haven’t been around a whole lot, but I’ve been around enough, and I know him well enough, and I can just tell it’s such a chill vibe.’
The Undertaker hasn’t been seen on-screen since October last year, when he appeared on NXT and confronted Bron Breakker after he attacked Carmelo Hayes following their match.
