Sean Strickland admitted that he drank his own urine after forgetting he peed in a coffee cup the day before.
The UFC middleweight champion made the wild admission on X, where he usually enjoys shocking his fans with his honest thoughts. The 32-year-old astounded his followers most recently on Tuesday (September 19) where he revealed he accidentally drank a cup of his own urine.
On the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, he wrote: “Back to your normal programming.. My brain ‘Sean make sure you throw away that coffee cup in your car you pissed in so you don’t forget’ The next day ‘Goddamnit I drank the wrong cup’ The moral of the story here is throw away the piss cups or you might accidentally drink it.”
The post has since been seen over 510,000 times. The MMA star has had quite a few replies in his comments section with one fan surprisingly praising his mentality by writing: “The kind of mindset you need to be world champ. You know what to do” while another was happy to be living in the “Strickland Era” as they commented: “The Strickland Era is the greatest one of all.”
A third fan couldn’t believe what they’d read as they wrote: “This has to be a simulation lmao” while a fourth user joked that they may have been in the same boat as Strickland at one point in time by saying: “We’ve all been there, am I right? No? Just me then.”
